WhatsApp introduces new business feature.

There have been many rumor's about WhatsApp for business but very few people know about its background.Now the company have confirmed this feature and it is expected to be release on next update.

According to WhatsApp’s FAQ section’, the messaging platform is now looking for ways to let users connect to businesses easily.

WhatsApp have started verifying business account with a green badge beside the name.The app is trying to make users to communicate with the buisness that matters to them.The verification means that the account have verified its phone number to a buisness account.

The FAQ page also mentions that it will let users know when they can start chatting to the business account via a yellow message inside a chat.It has also been mentioned that, “there is no way to delete these messages from the chat.”

WhatsApp says that if the user already have a buisness contact number in its address book,then the name showed on the app will be the name which the user have chosen for itself.Futhermore you can also block the buisness account if users dont want to contact them.

WaBetaInfo (@wabetainfo), a Twitter account that tracks changes in WhatsApp’s beta builds, said that WhatsApp is working on a new app for small and medium businesses.
